Dr Disrespect gained his popularity by streaming himself playing video games, particularly first-person shooters like Call of Duty and Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds. He is known for his over-the-top personality and entertaining commentary, as well as his signature mustache, mullet hairstyle, and iconic sunglasses.
