Chris Jericho is an American-Canadian professional wrestler and singer. He was born on November 9, 1970, in Winnipeg, Canada.

Jericho’s real name is Christopher Keith Irvine.
Jericho began his wrestling career in 1990, working for independent promotions in Canada before signing with the Mexican promotion CMLL in 1992. He later joined ECW and then WCW, where he became a major star and won numerous championships, including the WCW World Heavyweight Championship.
In 1999, Jericho signed with the WWE (then known as WWF) and became one of the most popular wrestlers of the Attitude Era. He won multiple championships, including the WWF/E Undisputed Championship, and created several memorable catchphrases and personas, such as Y2J and the Ayatollah of Rock ‘n’ Rolla.
Jericho left WWE in 2005 to pursue other opportunities, including music and acting. He formed the band Fozzy, which has released several albums and toured extensively. Jericho has also acted in several movies and TV shows, including “MacGruber” and “Dark Side of the Ring.”
